Google Ventures Joins DocuSign's New Funding, Round Grows To $55.7M

Looks like electronic signature company DocuSign wasn't quite finished with its fundraising when its Series D was revealed last month - today it's announcing a new investor. The funding was first disclosed through a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, with the company then confirming that it had raised $47.5 million in a round led by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, with Kleiner partner Mary Meeker joining the board.
