Location aware iPhone app Checkmark is what Reminders should have been

Checkmark is a new app that lets you set alerts based on location and time that finally delivers on the promise of Apple's Reminders app. When Apple introduced Reminders in iOS 5, I remarked that it would probably be the traditional 'one app' that the company introduces but never seems to gain traction.
