Nexus 7 arrives: here's where you can buy it right now

With little in the way of fanfare, Google has made good on its mid-July availability estimate for the Nexus 7: the Asus-manufactured tablet is now on sale at a variety of retailers. Ebuyer was the first to officially launch the device earlier today with some delivery dates scheduled for as early as tomorrow.
