All hail the new fourth-in-command of Internet traffic: Pinterest has unseated Yahoo! as a leading source of online traffic, according to a new report that also shows a drop in traffic referrals across other social sources. Move over, Yahoo!

Despite the ongoing success of Android, elements in Google are still pushing Chrome OS aggressively. Consumers have yet to embrace the low-cost cloud connected laptops, but Google thinks businesses in particular could be persuaded to try Chrome. To those ends, Google is working with CIT to rent new Samsung Chromebooks for $30 per month.

Microsoft just filled another nagging hole in its Windows Phone app catalog: PayPal today released an official client for the OS. The mobile payments app combines PayPal's recently refreshed color scheme with Windows Phone's "Modern UI Style" (no, we're still not used to calling it that) and contains all the traditional functionality you'd expect like sending/receiving payments and managing your account.
