Social Dining Startup Grubwithus Acquires The Social Feed, Expands to Canada

Venice, California-based social dining network Grubwithus announced today that they acquired Vancouver-based communal dining startup The Social Feed. The acquisition also marks the company's expansion to Canada, since The Social Feed was already active in Vancouver and Toronto. Grubwithus didn't disclose the financial details of the acquisition, though they did say it was an all-cash deal.
