Sony announces Walkman F800 with 3.5-inch screen and Android 4.0

It's hard to believe that there still hasn't been a credible Android-based competitor to the iPod touch, but following the underwhelming Z Series Walkman Sony is having another roll of the dice. Details are thin on the newly-announced F800 right now, but it has a 3.5-inch screen and, perhaps most importantly, runs Android 4.0.
