Tumblr introduces new Pinned Posts feature

Tumblr has a new function for those vying for attention on the dashboard: pinned posts. Similar to the highlighted posts feature introduced in February, the pinned posts feature allows advertisers - or any user looking to garner extra attention for a particular post - to pay $5 to have the post pinned to the top of their followers dashboards for 24 hours.
